Notice regarding specific holidays or closing of school are put up on the notice board as and when required. In addition holidays list is provided at the beginning of a new session
Children are expected to be well mannerd, neat and well dressed. Parents/guardians are expected to inculcate these habits in their children from the beginning as these are the keys to sucess in life. Gurdians should maitain their books and notebooks. Only 'Classmate" note books will be accepetd in the class. Parents/guardians must readily respond to invitation sent to them for specific reasons to attend Parent-Teacher meeting to ensure good performance of their children. It is only with the cooperation of the parents that the school can promote all round development of students.
Children should reach the school in time. Children coming to school late by half an hour will not be allowed to remain in the school on that day.
Regular attendance is of great importance for successful progress of children. A written application signed by parents/guardian shoul be submitted in case of absence. In case of prolonged illness an absence from school a medical certificate is to be attached to the written application.
At the end of every Academic year the school awards the following prizes.
Best Student award for being well behaved, well dressed and good performance in class.
A student who secures 90% attendance is invited to a regular attendance prize.
prizes are awarded to children who secure (1st. 2nd and 3rd position in Annual examination as well as in other competitions held by the school.
Any remark written in school diary.
Child does homework daily.
What the child brings home from school which is not his/her own.
Whether the School fees is paid in time to avoid default fines.
That the child does not take anyvaluable article or cash to school.
That the child gets environment to learn, to hear, to speak english at home.
That the child reaches school in time.
That the articles carried by children are properly labeled to avoid loss.
There are three examination is held in the month of August, with second and third term examination being held in December and March respectively. Apart from this monthly tests are held regularly. To pass the wxamination a student must obtain 40% marks in each subject.
A student who fails in the same class for two years in succession may not be allowd to remain in school.
